Create an external API that can be integrated with community systems such as Hubspot and Airtable to automatically pull data from the Synchronize system (such as profile fields and member engagement categories) into community tools.

We call our circle instance HQ. It'd be nice if we could rename it to match our community branding. The logo is there, which is great, but we also want to train and educate our users/members that HQ is our instance of Circle. We don't tell people to go to Circle; we tell them to go to TPPG HQ.

Ability to integrate natively with an event platform (such as Gatsby) to sync member and registration data to Synchronize and filter by such data in the Synchronize member directory.

Ability to easily import or integrate with third part systems of records to be able to ingest member engagement data such as event registration and attendance information as inputs to make visible in the Synchronize engagement interface and factor into the member analytics tiers to show a more complete view of member engagement include offline engagements.

Ability for users to select their desired email frequency preferences (eg. daily digests, weekly digests, all emails, no email) on a space level rather than a community level so that they can receive different email frequencies for different spaces within the same community.

Create an AI-powered search that searches across member profiles and historic community posts, comments and resources. This enables rich queries for finding people and knowledge that can be interacted with in a natural language search experience that will be accessible in the community platform and via Slack.

Provide a lightweight Stripe integration to let admins require payment for community access, show payment status inside Synchronize, and surface a link to the Stripe client portal. It will also allow collecting payment info (e.g., as part of application flow) so approved members can be billed, and give admins a simple subscription management experience

Mass messaging tool that allows admins to blast Slack DMs and/or email messages to all members or subsets (for example by tags or profile fields). This provides a built-in alternative to client-side tools for announcements and increases control over targeting and delivery.

Make the Slack app home page text editable so admins can change wording and messaging (and edit it via the admin portal). This gives communities control over the Slack app’s presentation and messaging.

Add a HubSpot connector to push profile updates from Synchronize into HubSpot, with field mapping and trigger-based member creation and removal. This makes it easier for clients that use HubSpot to keep CRM records aligned with member profile changes.
